Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with an order, purchase, supplying information, images or review you are in agreement with our Terms and Conditions as stated below.These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Sweet Little Vintage. Sweet Little Vintage, we to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.sweetlittlevintage.com.au
They are effective from 26th August 2015 and will replace all earlier Sweet Little Vintage terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.
We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
To make a purchase from Sweet Little Vintage you must be 18 years of age or over.
Purchases may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website, phone, email or from our pop up shop for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
RODUCTS AND ALLERGIES
We do not recommend our products for those who suffer with intolerances and allergies. Please exercise judgment in consuming our products. WE DO NOT CATER FOR THOSE WITH ANY ALLERGIES, PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE AWARE PRIOR TO PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS.
ORDERS
Any cupcakes or cake ordered from a photo and produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by Sweet Little Vintage as our interpretation of the cupcakes or cake and will not be an exact reproduction as in the photo.
Any cupcakes or cake ordered from a photo and produced by Sweet Little Vintage, we cannot guarantee that the appearance of the product are exact as the photo as we hand style.
Our colours, piping, sprinkles, decorations and toppings will vary at all times. Sweet Little Vintage at times will out - source sugar decorations handmade by other reputable designers if we are unable to create for the customer. We do not take credit for any decorations not made by Sweet Little Vintage however the cake photo will be displayed on our website & social media pages.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER OR CANCELL AN ORDER AT ANY TIME.
QUOTES ARE ONLY VALID FOR 14 DAYS FROM DATE QUOTED.
Orders will require full p ayment at the time of a booking to secure date, confirm and commence an order. Your date will not be reserved until the deposit is made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation will incur forfeiture of 50% of order amount.
PLEASE NOTE
Please speak with Sweet Little Vintage if you need an alternative date before cancelling your order within 28 days or more. We will be happy to offer an alternative date however, not guaranteed and are made at the discretion of Sweet Little Vintage. A 25% re - booking fee may apply.
Any changes to orders such as decorations, colour or flavour (excluding date change) made to your order can be requested. Please advise Sweet Little Vintage immediately in writing by email to info@sweetlittlevintage.com.au or by using the "CONTACT US" form on our web page at www.sweetlittlevintage.com.au
Changes can be requested within 14 days of your pick up or delivery date are not guaranteed and are made at the discretion of Sweet Little Vintage. Please note that extra charges may apply to any changes made.
ALL PRODUCTS - CUPCAKES AND CAKES MUST BE REFRIGERATED. WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If the product is genuinely faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a resolution. Please advise Sweet Little Vintage immediately in writing by email to info@sweetlittlevintage.com.au or by using the "CONTACT US" form on our web page at www.sweetlittlevintage.com.au
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact Sweet Little Vintage in writing immediately to resolve the issue. We may ask you to return the product for further inspection. Products that have been tampered with or consumed will NOT be considered for any form of refund, credit note or product exchange.
Only orders that have been delivered by Sweet Little Vintage in a faulty manner, such as the product being destroyed in appearance or inedible, may receive a full refund.
Upon pick - up or delivery of cakes in the accepted condition, Sweet Little Vintage will no longer accept any responsibility for damage or appearance to the product thereafter due to travelling or negligence by the customer.
Availability and Supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability in our "Shop" page.Delivery and Delivery Charges
PLEASE NOTESweet Little Vintage only delivers locally pending availability. Charges apply per location.
We DO NOT ship within Australia.
We deliver within Darwin Northern Suburbs, City & Palmerston.
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO ANY PUBLIC HOSPITAL, RURAL AREAS OF DARWIN or ROBERSTON BARRACKS (RAAF BASE).
Sweet Little Vintage does not re-deliver. Its the customers responsibility to ensure that the receiver is available at time of scheduled delivery time. No refunds on delivery.
For delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order for availability.
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. Delivery charges apply.
PLEASE NOTE
The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket should you choose delivery. A surcharge applies on weekends / public holidays and for wedding cakes.
PLEASE NOTE
Cupcakes require a minimum of 48 hours notice and custom cakes require a minimum of 2 weeks notice (last minute orders accepted / pending availability) before collection or delivery date. Customer is to make contact to make arrangements for pick - up or delivery. Please email us through the "CONTACT US" page.
FUNDS MUST CLEAR BEFORE ORDER CAN BE PICKED UP OR DELIVERED, THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 DAYS IF PAYING VIA DIRECT BANK TRANSFER!
WE ALSO ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS (PHONE / EMAIL ORDERS ONLY) CREDIT CARD FEES APPLY. 1.5% VISA / MASTERCARD & 3% AMEX.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars & INCLUSIVE of GST.All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.
An invoice will be emailed to you via mobile phone or email once you place your order and have made a payment. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

We reserve the right to use any image of any cake made by Sweet Little Vintage for publication.Liability Limitation
We will always endeavour to have complete and accurate information on our website but to the greatest extent permissible by law we assume no responsibility for the completeness and current accuracy of the information provided on our website.To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim except where we have acted in bad faith. None of the persons specified above is liable or has to pay you for anything else in connection with or resulting from anything any of us does or does not do, or delays in doing, whether or not it is contemplated or authorised by any agreement you have with us. Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Unless we otherwise agree in writing, this agreement contains all the terms of our relationship and continues to apply no matter where you are located at the time any goods or services are provided to you by us and irrespective of the location where you reside.Use of our website, supply of products or services by us to you and any other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Australia. The Courts of Australia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these terms of trade, or with the use of website or supply of any services.
Where you or any other person who you act for, or who you permit to act for you supplies incorrect information for the purchase of a product or service and we incur cost in any matter concerning that name then we may recover the costs incurred by us from you (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis).
You agree to use our website, products and services in accordance with the applicable laws of the country or countries where your business or organisation is based.
